1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the 8k8k Casino platform, including but not limited to all games, promotions, wagering services, live dealer products, sports betting facilities, and any associated tools or services made available at 8k8k.asia or through affiliated applications.

1.2 By completing the registration process, accessing the platform, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them. This acceptance is equivalent in legal effect to a signed written agreement.

2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the 8k8k platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

2.5 KYC Verification. 8k8k Casino reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including but not limited to: at registration, prior to processing the first withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is identified. Acceptable Philippine identification documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine Passport, SSS/GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID, Postal ID, Voter's ID, PRC ID, and Driver's License issued by the LTO.

2.6 Prohibited Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on 8k8k Casino: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) employees, contractors, or agents of 8k8k Casino or its affiliates; (c) persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from the platform; (d) persons who have been prohibited from gambling by a court order or regulatory authority; and (e) persons acting on behalf of a prohibited person.

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 8k8k Casino will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

3.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify 8k8k Casino immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. 8k8k Casino reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate upon receiving such notification, including temporarily suspending account access pending investigation.

3.3 Account Currency. All 8k8k Casino accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All displayed balances, bet amounts, win amounts, and transaction records reflect Philippine Peso values.

3.4 Inactive Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. 8k8k Casino reserves the right to deduct an administrative maintenance fee from inactive account balances after providing prior notice to the registered contact details. Accounts with a zero balance after the applicable dormancy period may be closed.

3.5 Account Verification

8k8k Casino employs a tiered verification system. Certain account functions — including withdrawals above specified thresholds — may be restricted until identity verification is completed. Users are encouraged to complete KYC verification promptly after registration to avoid delays when processing withdrawals.

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward 8k8k staff or other platform users;

8.1 All content on the 8k8k Casino platform — including but not limited to the 8k8k brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and sound elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of 8k8k Casino or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

8.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not confer any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of 8k8k Casino.

8.3 Any unauthorised use of 8k8k intellectual property — including the reproduction of the 8k8k brand name or logo on third-party websites, social media, or printed materials without express written authorisation — may constitute trademark infringement and will be pursued accordingly.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or liability for fraud.

11.4 The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

12.1 8k8k Casino reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading account information;
• Suspected fraud, collusion, money laundering, or bonus abuse;
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations;
• Repeated chargebacks or disputed transactions;
• Requests from relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

12.2 Voluntary Account Closure. A player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 8k8k Casino support. Prior to account closure, any outstanding balance that is verifiably free from active bonus restrictions will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account termination, your right to access and use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall survive.

13.3 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for resolution.

13.4 No Class Actions. To the extent permitted by Philippine law, you agree that all disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of any class or representative action.

14.1 8k8k Casino reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 8k8k Casino will provide notice through one or more of the following: a prominent notice on the platform homepage, a notification in the player's account dashboard, or an email to the registered contact address.
